I'm the founder and owner of Spark & Thrive Communications. The journey of this firm really started when I was a sophomore in college looking to earn some extra money by writing online. Fast forward more than a decade later, and I've come along way from writing travel listicles on my clumpy laptop while sitting on my dorm bed. Actually, within the last year, both me and my company have gone through some changes. So, in the spirit of the new year, I think it's time for me to reintroduce myself and my business.

Spark & Thrive Communications, formally known as NDL Consulting, is a communications firm serving nonprofit associations, consultants, community foundations, nonprofits, and other social impact organizations. We officially launched in 2019 but more recently went through a rebrand this past year. In addition to the name change, our website has a new look, and we're offering different services.

Currently, our services include social media planning, website audits, digital organizing, content development, and sensitivity reading. We can help you build a monthly posting calendar for your social media accounts, organize your online file storage (e.g., Google Drive), or craft tailored content for your blog and newsletter. Wherever you're at is where we want to meet you.

What makes our services unique is what our clients get in return. Besides the purchased products (blog posts, newsletters, online storage manuals, etc), working with Spark & Thrive, you also get a quality customer service experience. Instead of focusing on the number of clients we can acquire, we cap our client-list based on current bandwidth. In short, if we don't have the capacity to take on a new client, and doing so would negatively impact our current clients, we won't sign the contract.

At Spark & Thrive, we're about products over consulting. You'll notice that most of our services aren't strategy based. We develop and craft the pieces for your organization to use, while leaving the broad view planning to you. Think of us as the builder who creates the smaller parts for your whole.
